Sally Pinhey

An award-winning Botanical and watercolour artist, Sally is listed in the prestigious "Dictionary of Artists in Britain”

Her style was formulated during a long period in Italy, and for over 20 years, she has held numerous exhibitions at locations across the UK and Italy. The Royal Horticultural Society has awarded Sally a number of medals for her detailed botanical works.

Sally is a renowned and respected art teacher and the Botanical Art instructor for Kingston Maurward College.

She is held in high regard as a book illustrator, and is passionate about providing plant illustrations for scientific archives.

Sainsbury and Crabtree & Evelyn are amongst Sally’s clients, and her work “Egdon House” was bought by The House of Lords.

Sally lives in Dorset, serving her local community as a magistrate, and singing in the church choir.
